Let's meet...

If you’re into food, fashion and film, then we really have got so much in common.

And, being the largest of our kind in Central London means that making a date with Whiteleys is so simple! We are on Queensway - close to Westbourne Grove and Notting Hill and just 5 minutes' walk from Kensington Palace.

Planes? Trains? Automobiles?

Hmm, landing your Lear Jet on Queensway might be considered just a tad over-the-top but there are plenty of other ways of making an entrance at Whiteleys..

Queensway tube - 5 minutes / SE
Bayswater tube - 3 minutes / SE
Royal Oak tube - 10 minutes / N
Notting Hill Gate tube - 14 minutes / SW
Paddington Station - 16 minutes / NE

Having trouble getting here? Thames Water have begun work on a new project to protect local residents from repeated flooding. Works are scheduled to take seven months and a range of traffic management measures will be put in place to ensure local traffic and bus services are disrupted as little as possible. Work will take place between Porchester Road and Garway Road along Westbourne Grove and subsequently Westbourne Grove will be closed during the planned works.

A new bus stop is being be installed on Bishop's Bridge Road (before Inverness Terrace) and will remain there for the duration of the closure. Full details of the diversions will be available on the TfL website.

All the following buses stop close by:
7, 12, 23, 27, 36, 70 & 98 although routes 7, 23, 27, 36 and 70 will be on diversion throughout the period of the flood defence work.

Stuck? You can park on our roof

Our rooftop car park is officially recognised as a safe place to leave your vehicle; we have been awarded the Secured Car Parks Award by the Association of Chief Police Officers and the AA.

We are open from 8.30am to 12 midnight seven days a week with more than 175 parking spaces and with designated spaces too reserved for Blue Badge holders.

Ok, we all know parking fees in Central London can be a bit pricey.

Is there a central sort of thingmy-jig?

I’m starving, where can I...?

Most of our cafés and restaurants are situated on the 2nd floor, as well as coffee shops on the ground floor.

Any chance I could watch a brilliant first-run movie?

The Odeon 8-screen multiplex cinema is situated on the 2nd floor. For information regarding bookings and programmes, telephone 08712 244 007.

Public telephones can be found on the 2nd floor near the car park entrance/exit.

I really do need to…erm…ahem…you know…

Toilets are situated on the 2nd floor and clearly signed and there’s also a loo with wheelchair access. And, recently, they have been completely refurbished from top to...err...bottom. Restaurant guests will also find toilets in those establishments too.

And I think my baby just has…erm…ahem…you know…

There are baby changing facilities in both the men's and women's toilets. (Pedants please note: You can’t actually swap your sprog but at least the one you have will smell a bit nicer.)

Do you think I look particularly gorgeous today?

Now you mention it! We have two photobooths situated on the 2nd floor, opposite the entrance by Starbucks and the Cinema.

Where can I get some cash out?

Halifax Bank; cash machine dispensing oodles of crisp sterling for all major Debit and Credit Cards. There is a further ATM on the Ground Floor near the Porchester Gardens entrance.

What’s with the big blokes?

“Discretion” is the word but we consider your safety and comfort to be a top priority. The very latest hi-tech security systems have been installed to provide 24 hour CCTV surveillance and a team of Security professionals are on the malls to provide keep things running smoothly and to offer assistance if needs be.
